We take pride in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which spans across 125,000 square feet, and has an installed capacity of 6.0 million components and 2.0 million pens/markers per day.

Our facility is equipped with 47 fully automatic micro-process control injection molding machines from Taiwan and 75 fully automatic assembly lines from Korea. We are vertically integrated, which means that we manufacture our own felt tips and reservoirs for felt tip pens and markers, as well as our in-house ink for these products. This ensures that we have complete control over the quality of our products and can offer our customers the best value for their money.

Our high-precision fine point tips range from 0.5mm to porous tips with a line width of 3.0mm, providing our customers with a wide range of options to choose from. We test every pen and marker at extreme temperatures ranging from -5° to +50° degrees Celsius, to ensure that they can perform consistently in any climatic condition.

Our testing lab is equipped with the latest technology and equipment to make sure that every pen and marker meets international norms like BS 7272, ASTM, KEBS, and more. Our experienced staff from the writing and coloring industry have an average of 15 years of experience across all verticals, and we are proud to have extensive category knowledge.
